General
What types of structures do you engineer?
Steel, cold-formed steel, concrete, masonry and wood structures, including:
- Steel buildings, trusses, canopies, carports, porches and portal frames with mezzanines
- Connections and anchorage: base plates, fin plates and anchor groups
- Commercial, industrial and institutional work: storage buildings, cleanrooms, restaurant and medical interiors
- Reinforced-concrete (RCC) framed buildings: columns, beams, slabs and footings
- Foundations: isolated, pad and strip footings, grade beams, slabs and CMU walls
- Homes, ADUs, additions, remodels and repairs
- Special structures such as shipping-container homes and kiosks

Which design codes do you work to?
We design to the code adopted by your project’s jurisdiction. In the US that typically means the IBC / IRC or a state version (California CBC / CRC, Florida Building Code, Kentucky Building Code), with ASCE 7 for loads, AISC 360 for steel, AISI S100 / S240 for cold-formed steel, ACI 318 for concrete, TMS 402 for masonry and NDS / SDPWS for wood.
In India we design to the Indian Standards: IS 456 for reinforced concrete, IS 800 for steel, IS 875 for loads (including wind) and IS 1893 for earthquake loads.
Elsewhere we work to the relevant local standards — for example AS/NZS 1170 in Australia and EN 1992-4 for anchorage design in the UAE.
Do you work outside California and outside the US?
Yes. We work remotely, and the portfolio includes projects in California, Texas, Missouri, Louisiana, Michigan, Oregon, Florida, Georgia and Kentucky, as well as India, the United Arab Emirates and Australia.
Do you take projects in India?
Yes. We design RCC framed buildings, pre-engineered and conventional steel buildings and their foundations to Indian Standards (IS 456, IS 800, IS 875 and IS 1893), with analysis in STAAD.Pro or ETABS. Drawings are prepared in metric units, with column and footing layouts, reinforcement details and schedules.
For a quote, send the architectural plans, the city (it sets the seismic zone and basic wind speed), the number of floors, and the soil bearing capacity or soil report if you have one. Approval requirements differ between local authorities, so tell us where the project is and we’ll confirm what we can provide.
What software do you use?
STAAD.Pro, ETABS and Tekla Structural Designer for analysis models; Tekla Tedds for calculation reports; IDEA StatiCa and manufacturer software such as fischer C-FIX for connections and anchors; Enercalc for element checks; and AutoCAD for drawings.
Process & deliverables
What do I need to send for a quote?
- Architectural plans, shop drawings or sketches (PDF or DWG)
- The project location (city and state / country) so we know which code applies
- A soils / geotechnical report if you have one
- For existing buildings: photos of the framing, foundation and connections in the work area
- Any plan-check corrections or consultant comments you need answered
What will I receive?
Structural drawings (plans, schedules and details) issued as PDF, together with a calculation report that backs up every member, connection and footing shown. For calculations-only work you receive the report on its own. Talk to us if you also need CAD files.
Can you work with an existing building?
Yes — a large share of our work is additions, conversions, remodels and repairs. We document the existing framing and footings from your photos and drawings, add field-verification notes where conditions must be confirmed on site, and detail how new work ties in.
Can you do calculations only, or check someone else’s design?
Yes. Examples include beam and header checks, anchor and base-plate design, footing design from another engineer’s model reactions, and connection reports answering consultant comments.
Do you help with plan-check corrections?
Yes. Send the correction list and we’ll respond point by point, revising the drawings and calculations where needed.
Fees & timing
How much does structural engineering cost?
We quote a fixed fee after reviewing your drawings. The fee depends on the size and complexity of the structure, how much existing construction must be evaluated, and the jurisdiction’s requirements.
How long does a project take?
It depends on scope. Focused tasks such as a beam, header or anchorage check are often turned around in a few days; complete drawing and calculation packages take longer. We confirm the schedule with the quote.
How quickly do you respond?
Quickly — on Fiverr our average response time is 4 hours.
Working together
Can I hire you through Fiverr?
Yes. You can order through our Fiverr profile or contact us directly through this website — whichever suits you.
Can the drawings be sealed / stamped?
Sealing requirements depend on where the project is built. Tell us the project location before ordering and we’ll confirm whether sealed documents can be provided for that jurisdiction.
Are my drawings kept confidential?
Yes. Project files are used only for your project. The sheets shown on this website are redacted samples — client names and addresses are removed — and complete sets are never published.
Still have a question?
Send your drawings and we’ll reply with scope, fee and schedule.
