ETABS analysis, SAFE foundation design and RCDC detailing for a four-storey RCC apartment block with a lift core and staircase.
Scope of work
- ETABS model of the frame, slabs and lift core with wall, slab and staircase loads
- Shear force, bending moment, axial force and support-reaction results
- Column longitudinal reinforcement and reinforcement-percentage check from the design model
- Isolated footings in SAFE with footing schedule, layout and sections
- Column schedule (230 × 450 mm columns and a 640 × 2970 mm lift-core pier), beam, slab and staircase reinforcement details
- Design basis: M25 concrete, Fe 500 / Fe 500D bars; 150 mm slabs, 230 × 300 mm beams; staircase dead load 7 kN/m², live load 3 kN/m²; main wall 13.89 kN/m, partition 6.09 kN/m
