Cleanroom Partition Walls & Steel Door Headers
Structural design of new cleanroom partition walls inside an operating manufacturing facility: cold-formed steel studs, bracing to structure, and steel headers over every door opening.
Scope of work
- Existing and new wall plans, wall elevations and connection details
- 400S162-54 cold-formed steel studs with 1½″ cold-rolled channel bracing at 4′-0″ O.C.
- Steel door headers designed for each opening (D100–D108) to AISC 360
- Wall area-load and stud checks to AISI S100 under Florida Building Code wind and seismic provisions
