Scope of work
- 3D RCC frame model in STAAD.Pro V8i with dead, live and load-combination cases
- Beam, column and footing design to IS 456 (e.g. 375 × 600 mm beams with 4-#12 top and bottom bars)
- Layout plans: column grid, footing layout, plinth-beam and floor-beam framing (S-01)
- Plinth-beam reinforcement details and bar schedule (S-02)
- Isolated footing reinforcement plans, sections and footing schedule (S-05)
- Design basis on the drawings: M30 concrete, Fe 500 HYSD steel, SBC 150 kN/m² at 2.0 m depth, clear covers 40 / 30 / 20 / 50 mm (column / beam / slab / footing)
