Scope of work
- 3D frame and reinforcement models of columns, beams and slabs
- Footing layout, column and footing reinforcement details, column schedule and bar-bending schedule
- Plinth-beam, roof-beam and roof-slab reinforcement layouts and sections
- Coordination with the architectural plans, elevations and sections
- Design basis on the drawings: M25 concrete, Fe 500 steel; roof tiles to IS 654 and waterproofing to IS 1346
