- Dead, live and wind load calculations to the AS/NZS 1170 series
- Strip footings 600 mm wide × 600 mm deep at 1,000 mm embedment
- Container walls anchored to concrete with chemical anchors
- Wall stud and roof purlin checks, including deflection
- Shower-recess floor modification and waterproofing integration
