A pre-engineered steel building with two internal mezzanine levels, designed to Indian Standards: tapered built-up portal frames, ISMB / ISMC secondary members, column and footing layouts and base connections.
Scope of work
- STAAD.Pro 3D model: tapered built-up portal frames, mezzanine floors at +3.05 m and +6.18 m, ridge at +12.57 m
- Seismic loads to IS 1893 (Part 1):2016 — Zone III, importance factor 1.2, R = 5, medium soil
- Wind loads to IS 875 (Part 3):2015 — basic wind speed 47 m/s
- Member checks to IS 800:2007, with ISMB 200 and ISMC 125 secondary members
- Column layout, mezzanine and roof framing plans, and portal-frame elevations on each grid line
- Footing layout with footing schedule, base plates and anchor-bolt details
