Scope of work
- 3D analysis model: two levels (1,224 sq ft each), 15′-5″ high, with full load combinations
- Seismic loading summary to ASCE 7-16 (Site Class C, Risk Category II)
- Foundation reactions exported per load case
- Isolated footing analysis and design to ACI 318-14
