Scope of work
- Foundation plan with HSS 6×6×¼" steel posts on isolated pad footings (F1 24"×24"×12", F3 15"×18", F4 48"×48"×18" with (3) #4 continuous top and bottom)
- New slab on grade; bearing wall layout (2BW1–2BW3) and shear wall marks
- Continuous load path to the foundation; tie-ins to existing footings with field verification
- Master suite, 1st and 2nd floor wall and framing plans
- New carport: foundation, layout and framing
