- 7" × 11⅞" LVL flush beam with Simpson HUC710 hangers and 4×4×¼" steel angles
- 6×8 header details; Ø5/8" thru-bolts and expansion-bolt anchorage
- Code compliance summary (OSSC 2018 / IBC 2018, SDC A) and load combinations
