A free-standing open-air pavilion carried on HSS posts, with grade beams, large timber beams and a framed gable roof.
Scope of work
- Foundation schedule: F1 30"×30"×18" footings with (4) #4 top and (4) #5 bottom each way; 18"W × 18"D grade beam
- HSS 8×8׳⁄₁₆ posts with cap connections to beams at corners; 3/4"Ø anchor bolts on 12"×12"×¾" plates
- DF#2 beams (6×10 and 6×16), 2×8 rafters @ 24" O.C. and 2×10 ridge beam
